Juniata College Concert Choir Tour Across Morocco
It was an honor for Ibn Ghazi Arabic Institute, in partnership with the Association of Moroccan American Dialogue (AMAD) and the Fès City Council, to organize a cultural tour across Morocco for the Juniata College Concert Choir from the United States. The tour took the choir through some of Morocco’s most remarkable cities and destinations, including Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fès, Meknès, Immouzar, and Ifrane, offering participants the opportunity to experience the country’s rich cultural diversity and heritage. One of the most memorable highlights of the tour was the choir’s performance of the Moroccan National Anthem in each city they visited—a moving gesture of friendship and appreciation for their Moroccan hosts. Through initiatives like this, Ibn Ghazi Arabic Institute is proud to promote Moroccan-American friendship, intercultural dialogue, and meaningful cultural exchange through education, language, and the arts.
